**Job Title: Sales Coordinator**

**Job Summary**:
The Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring efficient communication between internal departments and external clients. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.
- Coordinate sales activities and schedules, including client meetings, appointments, and follow-ups.
- Manage and maintain the sales database, including updating client information, tracking sales activities, and generating reports.
- Respond to client inquiries, requests for information, and product/service inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with internal departments, such as marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of sales orders and customer requests.
- Prepare and distribute sales-related documents, such as price lists, product catalogs, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate logistics for sales events, trade shows, and conferences, including booth setup, staffing, and materials coordination.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of sales campaigns, promotions, and special events to drive revenue growth.
- Follow up with clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities and challenges.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies, goals, and objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles, preferably in a sales-driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, documentation, and reporting.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take on new challenges.

**Work Environment**:
This role typically operates in an office setting, with regular interaction with sales team members, clients, and other internal departments. Occasional travel may be required for sales events, conferences, or client meetings.

**Salary**: ₹9,587.68 - ₹27,251.43 per month
