**Profile Introduction**:
As a Front Office Administrator in the real estate sector, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and stakeholders. Your role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations within the office environment. You'll be responsible for managing administrative tasks, providing excellent customer service, and facilitating effective communication between various parties.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls efficiently.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings, and maintain calendars for executives.
- Assist in the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Handle administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Ensure the reception area and conference rooms are tidy and presentable.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
- Provide administrative support to real estate agents and brokers as needed.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Knowledge of office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines.
- Familiarity with basic office management procedures.
- Customer service orientation and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
