Administrative Executive with Advanced Excel Skills

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office records.
- Manage inventory, office supplies, and procurement as needed.
- Handle internal communication and coordinate with different departments for operational efficiency.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and maintaining spreadsheets (using formulas, pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.).
- Support the management team with scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination.
- Ensure timely delivery of documents, parcels, and other materials within the office or to external parties using a personal bike for transportation.
- Assist in managing vendor relationships and coordinating external services.
- Handle basic financial tasks such as tracking expenses, maintaining petty cash records, and preparing reports.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and event management as needed.
- Ensure that office equipment and facilities are functioning smoothly by coordinating with external service providers.
- Handle any ad-hoc administrative tasks as required by the management team.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an administrative executive or in a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, v-lookups, formulas, data analysis).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must own a personal bike for local commuting and transport-related tasks.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with office management tools and practices.
- Basic knowledge of accounting or financial processes is a plus.
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
**Requirements**:
- Personal bike and valid driving license.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in an administrative or similar role.
