Job Description / Responsibilities: Key Accountabilities : The Sales Leader will be responsible for, but not limited to: 1)Perform duties in alignment with the company’s Mission, Values, Mission; 2) Close sales through a consultative sales process; 3)Prospect and qualify potential clients, leads and referrals, identifying decision makers and delivering the value proposition of your events. 4) Utilize and manage customer relationship management system (CRM) to maintain all client and lead information; 5) Soliciting new clients to exhibit and sponsor in assigned trade show(s) within a defined and protected territory. 6) Making cold calls and having at least 30 conversations with clients daily. 7) Researching potential new clients and prospects using various resources for business development. 8) Actively participate in regular weekly sales meetings and host one meeting a month. 9)Weekly reporting of all sales activity, pipeline and forecasts with accurate reporting to the Commercial Sales Director. 10)Promoting and actively cross-selling into events within the Royce Links portfolio. 11) Creating strong relationships through having face-to-face meetings with existing clients in order to identify future opportunities. 12)Working to achieve industry appropriate mix of clients whose products, services and technology are being displayed at each event. 13)Allocating exhibition space and prioritizing the placement of clients - including renewals - based on their specific needs and featured products and services, as well as featured venues. 14) Preparing and entering all contracts and/or supporting paperwork into Sales force for timely processing. 15) Ensuring the overall level of sales & customer service meets Royce Links events standards.

**Salary**: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
