Roles & Responsibilities:

- Maintain consistent contact and provide sales and service to all retailers

and distributors in his specific assigned region.
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling,

networking and social media.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions.
- Achieve sales revenue numbers, budget and profit goals for your assigned

region.
- Assist in managing monthly/quarterly/annual sales budgets and objectives

within your region.
- Provide feedback to management from key retail and distributor

customers

Make regularly scheduled sales calls on all major customers within your
region.
- Provide sales related report to manager in timely manner.
- Develops sales of new products and searches for new areas in which to sell
existing products.
- Distributor handling - primary sales and secondary sales.
- Month planning and execution based on consumer promotions and
activations.
- Collaborate with team members or prospects and share with internal
teams.

**Skills**:

- Good customer management skills.
- Communication skills.
- Negotiation skills.
- Strong in networking
Qualification
- Graduation or 12th pass can also apply
- Experience of minimum 1 years in sales field

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Shift:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Surat, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Field sales: 1 year (required)
