3. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the wholesale shop's products or services. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, features, and benefits of the offerings in order to effectively communicate and demonstrate them to customers.

4. Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations with customers. Highlight the value propositions, competitive advantages, and cost savings associated with purchasing from the wholesale shop.

5. Territory Management: Manage a specific geographical territory or customer segment assigned to you. Create and implement a sales plan to effectively cover the territory, identify potential customers, and maximize sales opportunities.

6. Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands. Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to the management team regarding product enhancements, pricing strategies, or any other necessary adjustments.

8. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software or other tracking tools. Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to the sales manager or team.

9. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Coordinate with internal departments such as marketing, logistics, and customer support to ensure seamless coordination and effective delivery of products or services to customers.

10. Industry Events and Networking: Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking sessions to represent the wholesale shop, expand the customer base, and explore business opportunities.
