**About this opportunity**:
**Unit Overview**:
The Hub India Web Tools and Technology unit within Group Function Marketing & Communications (GFMC) is responsible for the development and production projects of capabilities, systems, and tools for the global Marketing & Communications staff. We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Marketing Web UX Professional to join our team. The position reports to the Head of M&C Hub India Web Tools and Technologies and works closely with Global M&C teams.

**Job Summary**:
The responsibility of the role is to support GF M&C staff with web projects with the purpose to make the global M&C staff more productive in their projects (e.g., websites (internal and External), campaigns, launches, events and more) through CMS systems like Drupal & EPI and Microsoft SharePoint Online. The responsibilities are optimizing the user experience (UX) and driving digital marketing initiatives to enhance our online presence and drive customer engagement. This role is based out of Bangalore.

**What you will do**:

- Design user interfaces that prioritize user needs and UCD principles.
- Analyze project requirements and craft compelling user experiences.
- Define user journeys, interaction models, and UI specifications.
- Translate customer feedback, site metrics, and usability findings into actionable design insights.
- Develop and maintain wireframes, design specifications, and style guides.
- Present design solutions to stakeholders through mockups and interactive prototypes.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure flawless design implementation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize user experience and engagement.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to advise future iterations.

Leverage jQuery for visual effects, event handling, and document manipulation

**You will bring**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or equivalent.
- Proven track record in driving digital marketing initiatives and UX optimization.
- 3-4 years of relevant UX/UI design experience in IT/Product Development or Digital Transformation.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Solid portfolio showcasing projects and design process
- Proficient in design tools like Adobe XD, Photoshop, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- UX/UI collaboration tools Such as InVision, Miro, Zeplin
- Basic understanding of UX principles and methodologies.
- Knowledge of Office 365 and frontend development languages and tools
- Knowledge of IT systems & processes
- Understanding of Business processes, Project, and Portfolio Management
- Fluent verbal and written English
- Excellent relationship building and consulting skills
- Supportive and responsive
- Driven and ability to work independently
- Pro-active thinking and result-oriented
