**About this opportunity**

We are seeking an expert Senior Analytics Professional with a solid focus on Power BI and secondary skills in Tableau, SQL, and digital marketing. As a key member of analytics team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and handling data visualization solutions to drive practical insights and informed decision-making across our organization.

You are encouraged to develop and work on marketing analytics for both internal and external sites for the global Marketing & Communication community, as well as internal Ericsson Business or Market Areas.

This position is based in **Bangalore**, Karnataka, India.

**Marketing & Communication Senior Marketing Analytics(Power BI Specialist & Developer) role**

**What you will do**
- Develop and maintain interactive and visually appealing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations in Power BI, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to identify business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver comprehensive and documented analytics solutions.
- Design and implement data models and data architectures to support the visualization & analysis of various data sources.
- Conduct detailed data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities, and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and standard processes in data visualization, analytics & digital marketing to continuously enhance the efficiency of our analytics solutions.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, promoting a culture of learning and information sharing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and provide analytical support, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) tasks using SQL and other relevant tools.
- Assist in the integration and analysis of data from various sources, including digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and third-party APIs.
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to measure campaign performance, optimize marketing strategies, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of data governance and data quality standards to ensure the accuracy and reliability of analytics solutions.

**You will bring**

**Hands-on experience on (experience around 8 to 10 years)**:

- ** Power BI Expertise (good hands-on experience), Creating dashboards using Power BI, Solid understanding on Tableau front-end**
- ** SQL, Power Query, Dax, Project management skills/experience**
- GA 360 Suite, GDS, A/B testing analytics, (good to know)
- Automation/Optimization and scheduling of various daily/weekly/ monthly reports, MS Excel knowledge, Basic knowledge of SEO (search engine optimization)
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment and working directly with developers and senior team members for implementation of marketing analytics project.

**Preferred qualifications and requirements**
- ** Any Graduate/Post-graduate**
- Power BI related Relevant skills/education/certifications /SQL/ and universal analytics, Experience/fitment for working in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
- Understanding of digital marketing and communications, Ability to think independently, strategically, and effectively. Inclination to accept and suggest ideas proactively.
- Passion to learn multi-functional activities and be able to engage.
- Demonstrate inclusiveness with other team members and encourage ideas and suggestions. Eye for detail and propose simplified solutions with ability to explain.
- Have pro-activeness for “creativity.”, Efficiency to work under stress and deliver. Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient to see other people's point of view and should work within strict timelines. Is knowledgeable about national and international trends in relevant fields.
