What are we looking for?

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for our Bangalore office. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the digital marketing industry and a proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for finding the right fit for our team.



The Role

  • Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screens and in-depth interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, create job descriptions, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely feedback and maintaining open communication.
  • Job Offers and Onboarding: Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and coordinate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Employer Branding: Promote [Your Company Name] as an employer of choice by leveraging social media, attending industry events, and engaging in community outreach.
  • Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices comply with local labor laws and company policies.



Qualifications

  • At least 3-4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the digital marketing and agency experience is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of the Bangalore & SEA job market and talent landscape.
  • Familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
