**Role Description**:
We seek a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing startup in the tech industry. You will play a pivotal role in driving new business opportunities, securing new projects, and expanding our base.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Sales Strategy and Planning**
- **Market Research**: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs.
- **Sales Planning**: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and sales targets.
- **Target Setting**: Set individual and team sales targets in alignment with company goals.

2. **Customer Acquisition**
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify new sales leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- **Product Presentation**: Present IT products and services to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and how they meet the client's needs.
- **Proposal Preparation**: Prepare and deliver tailored sales proposals and presentations to potential clients.

3. **Sales Execution**
- **Client Meetings**: Arrange and attend meetings with prospective clients to discuss their IT needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals.
- **Sales Follow-up**: Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects to move them through the sales pipeline.

4. **Account Management**
- **Client Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their needs are met and to encourage repeat business.
- **Post-Sales Support**: Coordinate with the technical and customer support teams to ensure smooth implementation and support of sold products or services.
- **Customer Feedback**: Gather and relay customer feedback to the product development and marketing teams to improve offerings.

5. **Reporting and Analysis**
- **Sales Reporting**: Prepare regular sales reports, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales volume, revenue, and client acquisition.
- **Market Analysis**: Analyze market trends and sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- **Performance Review**: Regularly review and assess sales performance against targets and make adjustments to strategies as needed.

6. **Collaboration**
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
- **Team Leadership**: Mentor and support junior sales team members, providing guidance and training as needed.

7. **Professional Development**
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape.
- **Skill Enhancement**: Attend relevant training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

**Qualifications**
- Proven success in a relevant field demonstrating strong transferable skills (e.g., sales, customer service, project management).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Leadership qualities with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to optimize business development strategies.
- A deep understanding of the IT industry and its current landscape.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
