Front Desk Receptionist

Welcoming and Checking in Guests
- Greet guests and check them in and out of their rooms
- Manage online and phone reservations
- Verify guests' payment methods during check-in
Providing Information and Assistance
- Provide guests with general information about the hotel and surrounding area
- Assign rooms to guests and inform them of any specials offered by the hotel
- Organize transport services for guests at their request
Administrative Tasks
- Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material
- Answer questions and address complaints
- Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
Support Hotel operation, including housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance
**Requirements**:
- Graduation or equivalent
- Previous hospitality experience is an advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Well-presented and professional appearance
- Competency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn on the job
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must have flexible hours
