The Customer Relationship Executive will be responsible for maintaining and developing long-term
relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction with the company's products and services,
and identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
to address their inquiries and concerns.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Identify customer needs and recommend products or services to meet those needs.
- Provide product information and technical support to customers.
- Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities.
- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and sales targets.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Continuously improve customer service and satisfaction by analyzing customer feedback and
implementing changes as necessary.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends.
Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Customer Relationship Executive or a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and practices.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
