Position: Inside Sales/Tele calling Executive

Location: Lucknow, India

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales/Tele calling Executive to join our sales team at Digital Prospects Consulting. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients and promoting our IT and Digital Marketing services. The Inside Sales/Tele calling Executive will be responsible for effectively communicating our value proposition, qualifying leads, and nurturing relationships with prospective clients to drive sales growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our IT and Digital Marketing services.
- Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening.
- Understand clients' business needs and present appropriate solutions to generate interest.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and conversion.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and optimize sales efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training and self-learning.
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams regarding client requirements, market trends, and customer preferences.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
