**Job description**
- Oversee the packing process for vehicles and automotive parts, ensuring that they are packaged securely and in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Coordinate with the manufacturing team to ensure a smooth transition of finished products to the packing area.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure that vehicles and parts are inspected for defects and damages before packing.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to address any issues and ensure that only high-quality products are dispatched.
- Monitor inventory levels of packing materials, boxes, crates, pallets and other supplies needed for packing.
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely replenishment of packing materials to avoid shortages.
- Ensure accurate labeling of vehicles and parts with essential information and any required documentation.
- Verify that all necessary shipping documents, certificates, and customs forms are complete and attached to the shipments.
- To schedule timely deliveries to the customers.
- Lead and supervise a team of packing and dispatch personnel, ensuring that they are trained, motivated, and aligned..
- Ensure that all packing and dispatch activities adhere to health and safety regulations, and implement safety training and protocols for the team.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in packing, dispatch, and logistics operations.
- Implement changes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize errors.
- Maintain accurate records of packing activities, dispatch schedules, inventory levels, and quality control checks.
- Previous experience in logistics, packaging, with manufacturing company.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
- Familiarity with relevant software and systems used in packing, labeling, and dispatch operations.
- Good IQ level.
- Must have computer knowledge.
- Any graduate / Post Graduate.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
