Dispatch Supervisor

PO Planning
- Planning for a fortnight in advance and coordinating with Purchase department for timely dispatches.
- Order Dispatches within 45 Days.
- On time Dispatch with 0% delays and 0% mistakes.
- PO Allocation to the team and ensuring that all the ongoing POs running under their respective supervisors, trainees & executives of dispatch department are completed well on time.

Coordination with Purchase, Stores & Production
- Coordination with respective production supervisors /contractors for timely receiving of goods
- Coordinating with purchase department for getting the required material on time.
- Take over all the material from inward and handover to the respective supervisor under his own supervision.

Quality Assurance
- Responsible for checking the quality of material packed by the executives to ensure that no defective material is being sent to the customer.
- Keeping Quality Records of workers and training them time to time on Packing and quality standards.
- Making a note of special packing requirements and then getting them done as per the PO.

Team Management
- Increasing Packing productivity i.e. more number of parcels packed per day.
- Effectively utilizing the team to get work done on time and as per customer requirements.
- Daily Housekeeping of their work area through the workers and ensuring that the work area is always clean.

Records & MIS
- MRN to be entered daily and any discrepancy to be reported timely
- Monitoring Pending orders daily from EMS and taking action
- Packing slip to be updated on daily basis.

Outward & Dispatch
- All packed goods to be properly labeled & marked before sending to Outward section.
- Make on time reports of the ready to dispatch orders and schedule containers for the same with The MD.
- Ensuring Container stuffing is done efficiently and effectively on time without any error.
- Ensuring all shipping documentations is done well.
- Parcel / Carton stacking is done well ensuring no Wear & Tear of boxes

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
