**Administrative Support**: Perform general administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and maintaining office supplies.
- **Records Management**: Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- **Communication**: Facilitate communication between departments and relay important information to team members and management.
- **Customer Service**: Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly, maintaining a high standard of service and professionalism.
- **Facility Management**: Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-maintained. Report maintenance issues as necessary.
- **Event Coordination**: Assist in planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and conferences as needed.
