Job title: Store Executive
Job location: Andheri (East), Mumbai
Location Type: On-Site (WFO)

1. **Stock Monitoring**: Regularly monitor stock levels and anticipate inventory requirements to prevent stockouts and delays in production.
2. **Order Processing**:Complete necessary paperwork accurately and promptly when ordering stock, ensuring timely replenishment of inventory.
3. **Inventory Management**: Update stock information promptly and accurately on the computer system to maintain real-time inventory records.
4. **Quality Control**:Conduct thorough comparisons between items received and items ordered to identify any discrepancies and ensure product quality.
5. **Process Improvement**: Implement and improve processes and procedures for enhanced efficiency in inventory management and store operations.
6. **Reporting**: Compile daily reports and address any discrepancies in inventory promptly, maintaining detailed records of pricing, purchases, and other relevant information.
7. **Audit and Compliance**: Conduct random checks and audits to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with established standards.
8. **Vendor Coordination**:Verify Goods Received Notes (GRNs) and confirm with the vendor, managing the timely return of goods as per deadlines.
9. **Documentation**:Prepare reports on expired or damaged stock promptly and document and report on non-returnable goods.
10. **Material Management**: Monitor material orders, follow up for delivery, and process challans, ensuring regular audits of material inventory.
11. **ERP Utilization**: Utilize ERP system for preparation of daily GRN & MRN, daily entry of issue slips, and maintain stock ledger accurately.
12. **Knowledge and Collaboration**: Possess knowledge of Store and Purchase department works, collaborating effectively with team members.
13. **Material Handling**: Perform the process of issuing and receiving material, maintaining orderly stock arrangement as per bin card.
14. **Quality Assurance**: Ensure safekeeping of material in terms of quality & quantity, conducting proper inventory stock-taking at month-end.
15. **Stock Maintenance**: Proactively order stock to prevent shortages, maintaining minimum stock levels for all raw and consumable materials.
16. **Process Adherence**:Maintain the FIFO system in the store to minimize wastage and ensure product freshness.
17. **Safety and Cleanliness**: Maintain the 5S principles in the store department, ensuring a clean, tidy, and hazard-free environment.
18. **Equipment Maintenance**:Ensure all material handling equipment are in good condition and handle dispatch area operations efficiently.

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2-6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the jewellery manufacturing industry.
