**Your Job**

**What You Will Do**:

- Supervise and lead the RTR team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Mentor and develop team members, providing feedback and identifying training needs.
- Manage team performance by setting clear, measurable goals aligned with the organization's vision, and evaluate progress to ensure accountability.
- Support in hiring and on on-boarding new team members in the functional areas.
- Oversee end-to-end RTR processes, including journal entries, and month-end close activities. (Cash & Bank, Intercompany, Fixed asset, General ledger).
- Develop process expertise to act as an escalation point and coach for teams on exceptions, ad hoc requests, and business partner communications.
- Provide accurate and timely Operational/ financial reports to support decision-making.
- Master quality balance sheet reconciliations and coach teams to ensure thorough understanding and proper substantiation of account balances.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for RTR-related queries and issues and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and external regulations and assist in audits and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and support business-driven projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes.
- Develop a culture of knowledge sharing and team-based problem-solving skills.

**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- Bachelor's degree in finance & accounting.
- 8+ year of experience in Record to Report processes, 2-4 years in supervisory role.
- Previous systems experience (SAP, Blackline, other ERP systems preferred).
- Capable of performing effectively under pressure and adhering to tight deadlines.
- Proficient in leading transformation projects, employing innovative and critical thinking to drive the process.
- Deep understanding of the Record to Report (RTR) process, coupled with robust technical skills and familiarity with accounting systems.
- Excellent written, verbal and listening skills for clear and concise communication at all levels within the company and to do so in a timely and accurate way.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
