Job Title: Sales Representative

Overview:
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating revenue by selling our products or services to potential and existing customers. You will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. This position requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize sales processes and improve customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and other company events to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Provide feedback to the sales management team on market trends, customer preferences, and product performance to support strategic decision-making.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
