Sales Representative For Biometric Attendance Devices and Related Products

**Responsibilities**:

- **Generate Sales Leads**:

- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client needs and tailor product/service offerings to meet those needs.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- **Sales Presentations**:

- Conduct compelling product/service presentations to potential clients.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition and benefits of our offerings.
- Address client concerns and objections effectively.
- **Achieve Sales Targets**:

- Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to contribute to overall team success.
- **Market Intelligence**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer needs and market demands.
- **Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including customer interactions, leads, and opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management review.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with [industry/niche] and understanding of customer needs in this sector.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
