JOB ROLE:

- Inbound Sales Executive

1) Handle new WhatsApp enquiries and provide timely responses.

2) Follow up on previous leads to ensure potential sales.

3) Follow up on leads from the previous month.

5) Manage and update general customer enquiries.

6) Create and edit quotes as per customer requirements.

7) Handle inbound calls and provide the necessary information.

8) Make outbound calls to follow up with potential customers.

9) Discuss product details and services with customers.

10) Update customer details for closed leads in the system.

11) Manage Instagram leads and respond promptly.

13) Attend and participate in team meetings regularly.

14) Manage customer closures and ensure smooth transitions.

15) Handle any issues or complaints that arise promptly.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales or customer service roles.
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable using various communication platforms and CRM systems.
- Customer-oriented: Strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building.
- Organizational Skills: Managing multiple tasks and maintaining attention to detail.
- Problem-solving: Capable of identifying issues and providing effective solutions.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
