We have an urgent requirement for Executive Sales for a leading healthcare firm.

**POSITION-** Executive
- Sales

**DEPARTMENT-** Sales & Marketing

**REPORTS TO RM - Sales**

**QUALIFICATION**:

- Bachelor’s degree in administration or any relevant field.MBA preferred.

**EXPERIENCE**:

- Fresher to min 1 year of experience in sales / hospital administration.

**SKILLS**:

- Health care industry knowledge.B2B sales knowledgeNegotiation and verbal communication skills.Skills in numerical and statistical analysis

**ROLES**:

- Business developmentCustomer relationship managementSales Supervision

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Establish the sales plan and strategy for long term care and home care.Identifying referral centers across all cities to increase the referral businessManaging organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.Work on individual sales targets with the sales teamEstablish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectivesEffectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentationsPartnering with institutions, referrals centers and Insurance companies for business generations and developmentsAttend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions, and symposium circuitsImplements regional sales programs by developing field sales action plansReview period reports on sales, design and implement plans to promote the same

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
