**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct online research to gather land survey records, ownership data, and other required reports from various sources.
- Download, convert, and edit documents in PDF format to prepare and compile final reports.
- Merge, split, and edit PDF documents as per project requirements.
- Verify the accuracy of data and prioritize it for report preparation.
- Maintain a log of downloaded and processed data for future reference.
- Upload finalized reports to the designated portals in a timely manner.
- Research and gather additional information to complete any missing or incomplete reports.
- Ensure that all documentation is accurate, complete, and properly organized.
- Collaborate with the team to improve research methods and document management processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Graduate from any stream or equivalent.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and PDF document handling.
- Familiarity with online research methods and data extraction from websites.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Prior experience in document management or data research is a plus.
- Experience with PDF editing tools is an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
