**Profile Introduction**:
As a Back Office Executive, you will support the operations of our software company by managing administrative tasks, data entry, and providing excellent support to our teams. Your contributions will help ensure that our processes run smoothly and efficiently, allowing us to focus on delivering high-quality software solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.
- Assist in data entry, ensuring accuracy and timely updates to client and project information.
- Handle internal and external communications, responding to inquiries and providing information as needed.
- Support project management activities by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and progress.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management as required.
- Assist with invoicing, procurement, and other financial processes.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with different departments to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned.

**Profile Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 1-3 years proven experience in a back office or administrative role, preferably in the software industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
