**Job Description
**Company Overview **:Tata Digital - the makers of the Tata Neu Super App is looking for a technically savvy and a passionate Enterprise Architect to be a part of their dynamic, highly analytical team that enjoys building creative, large scale and high performance solutions for the Tata Neu Super App. The Group will drive deep loyalty, engagement, & a seamless journey with its consumers through this platform. Deep analytics shall be at the core of the business model and the Group shall build significant capabilities in this area as a differentiator.

**Location **:Mumbai, Bangalore (Only if open to frequent business travel & extended stay in Mumbai as per organizational need)

**Experience**:

- 2 - 5 years of experience building React and/or Mobile Applications. A plus to have.
- 5 - 8 years working with microservices, API servers, databases, cloud native development, observability, alerting and monitoring.

**Educational Qualification **:Master or Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent; covering Math, Algorithms, Data Structures, Networking, Databases, Operating Systems, Graphics. Nice to have a post-Graduate degree in Computer Science. Strong foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design.

**Mandatory Skills & Expectations**:

- Deep exposure to cloud services, preferably Azure.
- Work experience in the Retail / Consumer Tech domain or other similar domains with complex business requirements.
- Proficient in managing large scale programs involving multiple technical and non-technical functions across the organisation.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, OSI Stack, DNS, TCP protocols, browser rendering and various stages of execution.
- Good understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL and Web Sockets.
- Deep understanding of Distributed Systems, Fault Tolerance and Resiliency.
- Exposure to Domain Driven Design (DDD), SOLID principles and Data Modelling on various RDBMS, NoSQL databases.
- Deep knowledge of at least 2 different programming languages and runtimes. (E.g. PSwift, Go, Rust, C#, Dart, Kotlin, Java, Haskell, OCaml)
- Experience building apps in Native iOS or Android.
- Good understanding of CNCF projects with specific focus on Observability, Monitoring, Tracing, Sidecars, Kubernetes.
- Expertise in Program management activities - prioritisation, planning of projects and features, stakeholder management, tracking & reporting on status, resolve blocking issues.
- Experience with Safe / Agile / iterative development and program management methodologies. Proficiency in using planning and collaboration tools.
- Highly motivated, self-starter and quick learner.
- Mindset to constantly learn new things and challenge the Status Quo.
- Exposure to setting up and managing chaos is a plus.
- Ability to think out of the box and optimize.
- Passionate about Technology. Innovative and willing to take risks and try new ideas.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Hands-on skills combined with leadership qualities to guide teams.
- Appetite to work in fast paced, exciting and a challenging environment.
- Technological innovation and practical execution by keeping the customer at the centre of your thought process should be the key principles to live by.
- Contributed to & actively maintain one or more open-source projects.
- Regularly speaks at meetups or conferences. Blogs / written books on performance or other topics.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead with your instincts to ensure cross functional teams deliver complex strategic programs seamlessly to meet the outcomes.
- Work closely with stakeholders like designers, product teams, business owners, QA, partners, etc. to identify & manage program dependencies and come up with an execution plan.
- Suggest improvements in systems & processes and assist engineering team with issues needing technical expertise.
- Create automation scripts to measure performance. Making this part of the CI/CD process.
- Manage technical queries & requests from various stakeholders.
- Tune Cloud native deployments with focus on Cost Optimization.
- Define and document performance goals, SLAs, volumetrics. Creating a framework for measuring and validating the goals. Work with teams to implement and meet the goals.
