HCLTech is hiring for Enterprise Architect for Mumbai location.


Experience: 18+ Years

Work Mode: Work From Office


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5+ years in a solution or technical architect role
  • Experience as Java Full stack developer.
  • Experience in NodeJs, Angular, AWS/Azure is must
  • Experience or certification in TOGAF
  • Managed the end-to-end lifecycles of a project in a solution architect capacity
  • Experience in E2E handling large RFPs with key responsibilities including Solution, Innovation, Architecture
  • Leadership capability and proven ability to manage difficult stakeholders
  • Experience with multi-geography, multi-tier service design, and management
  • Significant experience in presenting ideas, products, concept papers to varied audiences
  • Software development full lifecycle methodologies, patterns, frameworks, libraries, and tools
  • Delivery using common methodologies especially SAFe Agile but also Waterfall, Iterative, etc.
  • Extensive experience in project and/or product management
  • Good to have experience in architecting Data Analytics , Edge & Cloud based Digital Transformation solutions
  • Designing, validating and scaling cutting-edge solution to solve key problems such as simulation, process control and optimization
  • Presenting projects plans, technical roadmaps, and recommendations to senior business leaders.
  • Ability to drive projects to their completion.
  • Accountability and Credibility - Takes responsibility for the results and future direction of the organization.
  • Openness to different and new ways of doing things; willingness to modify ones preferred way of doing things.
