Customer Support Executive

Our client is looking for a customer service representative who can liaise with their customers through multiple channels of communication.
**Key Requirements**:
1. Great communication skills
2. Fluency in written and spoken English
3. Very responsible
4. High empathy and sensitivity to dealing with people
5. Very efficient, organized and meticulous
6. Graduate degree (preferably)
**Major Responsibilities**:
- Liaise with and provide support to customers on multiple platforms:
- Be the point of contact for walk-in customers
- Represent the brand at pop-ups or events, handling any kind of customer
enquiry
- Coordinate with customers to ensure smooth delivery of their toys
- Schedule and ensure dispatches of orders in coordination with the packing
team
- Work with the packing team to generate and print shipping labels
- Coordinate with the packing and the production team to ensure stock
availability for dispatch
**NOTE**:It's a **6-day working** On-Site role (remote work is possible on Saturdays) and the location is **Saki Naka** area Mumbai
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
