**About the Company**:
Ishitva aims at solving one of the biggest challenges faced by the world currently, which is sorting and recycling of Plastic and other Dry Waste. We build automation solutions for waste management industry using industry 4.0 tools, including Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and IoT. We are building a diverse team of professionals, engineers, and environment enthusiasts to help us transform the waste management practices across the country.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate office and plant related admin work
- Maintain records for office and plant inventory
- Prepare and give onboarding kit (Id card, welcome kit, etc.)
- Maintaining the new hire and exits inventory records
- Search for different vendors and Coordinate with them
- Supervising administrative staff at office and plant (Housekeeping and office boy)
- Making sure both the office and plant are clean and the hygiene is maintained
- Develop a positive and cooperative working relationship with suppliers through regular, proactive communication.
- Regularly connect with the employees and take feedback from them related to office and plant facilities
- Make travel arrangements (travel ticket booking and hotel booking)
- Assist with HR operations (Like attendance, employee details etc.)
- Coordinate for office space and sitting arrangements
- Planning and organizing company events
- Creating and following the process documentation
- Greeting visitors
- Performing other relevant duties as and when needed.
**Skills Required**:
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to think and imagine solutions to problems.
- Rapid learner and thinker to implement the new learnings.
- Good Team Player
- Able to take ownership of work and deliver to completion within agreed timescale.
- Having knowledge of ERP will be an added benefit
**Education**:
Any Graduate or similar qualification
