This role involves a variety of tasks related to organization and communication, ensuring that administrative activities run smoothly and efficiently, supporting both office staff and production teams.

Key Responsibilities Includes:

- Data Entry and Record Keeping, Enter and update data in relevant database accurately and timely.
- Support to Production and Sales Team. Assist in the preparation and distribution schedules and sales reports. Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of products. Provide support in processing sales orders and invoices. Assist and schedule dispatch and inform customer. Maintain Finish goods and raw material stock online.
- Office Maintenance. Ensure the area is clean and organised. Coordinate with housekeeping staff.

Skills and Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proven Experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant or in any relevant administrative role.
- Proficient in MS Office, Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. English, Gujarati and Hindi proficiency.
- Attention to details and problem-solving skills. Always ready to learn and adapt.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This role primarily operates in a office enviroment but occasionally require visiting the production floor.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
