**Follow up Inbound Leads till site visit.**

**Attending Inbound Calls and providing the clients detailed information regarding the Project.**

**Updating all the Feedbacks of the Call Made in ERP.**

**Keeping track on the number of Visits Done and Bookings**

**Making Cold Calls to the data provided and generating visits from the data.**

**Forwarding mails to the clients and brokers.**

**Arranging/attending clients meet**

**Assisting with all the documentation to the client**

**Arranging meetings with potential customers/brokers.**

**Following up Customers and Brokers on a regular basis.**

**Clearing and objectives of queries of customers and brokers**

**Efficiently coordinating with clients and making them into a comfort zone from site visit till booking.**
