PRE SALES
Job Responsibility:
- Engage with potential clients to understand their network security requirements and challenges.
- Provide expert advice on network security best practices and industry compliance standards.
- Collaborate with customers to design network security solutions tailored to their specific needs.
- Create detailed technical proposals, including network diagrams and security architecture.
- Work closely with the sales team to align technical solutions with customer requirements.
- Gather feedback from customer interactions and share insights with the product development team.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales processes.
- Act as a bridge between clients and the sales and technical teams, facilitating effective communication.
- Customize presentations based on the specific needs and requirements of each prospect.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering).
- Minimum 2 Years’ experience
- Proven experience in a pre-sales engineering role with a focus on network security (IT infra
Products).
- Strong understanding of network security principles, protocols, and technologies.
- Experience with security solutions such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems,
VPNs, and endpoint security.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with industry compliance standards and regulations.
