**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
Managing all the sales support related activity of the company.

Provide online product training via Google meet or Anydesk.

Supporting the field sales team and backend team.

Carrying out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, completing paperwork and filing documents

Handling a high volume of customer enquiries whilst providing a high quality of service to each caller.

Effectively communicating with customers in a professional and friendly manner.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional support.

Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating software platforms.

Ability to work well independently and within a team.

Proven time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Familiarity with SaaS platforms and cloud-based solutions is a plus.
