**what will you do?**:

- coordinate with the product team for product optimization, support on product operational queries, tool enhancements requirements, and extranet training to partners
- partner API integration coordination, channel manager integration support, and testing
- debug product issues and extranet issues
- own, check, and manage the end-to-end flow as part of the QC process ensuring the targeted property is reflected in the app accurately and overall app QC for all new product configuration changes
- drive key metrics of quality and on-time deliver. be a custodian of catalog quality, ensuring the correct information is visible to the customer
- own high catalog standards with 100% quality, delivering best-in-class customer experience
- accurately list product content attributes in line with brand guidelines
- highlight issues related to the listing page, flow breakage, and incorrect mapping impacting customer journey
- content writing for travel (hotel listing), assigning copy requirements to the copy agency, managing timely delivery of catalog assets like content and copy
- collaborate with internal stakeholders from business, product, and tech, and coordinate with external stakeholders like partners, agencies, etc.
- handle day-to-day assigned tasks, and ensure given SLAs are met as per quality standards
- hold 2+ years of experience in travel/ ecommerce industry operations, QC and content writing
- have high organizing ability, proactiveness and attention to detail
- hold good stakeholder management skills and can work in collaboration with the team
- proficient with data and excel - pivot tables, vlookup, shortcuts, etc
- can focus on uncompromised customer-centric approach and innovate and build best practices content QC
- have the ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- enjoy multitasking and managing multiple projects simultaneously
