**Responsibilities**:

- Create tailored proposals and presentations for potential MICE and travel clients, highlighting the company's capabilities, unique selling points, and competitive advantages.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands. Use this knowledge to develop effective strategies.
- Assist clients in developing and managing travel budgets by providing cost-effective solutions without compromising on the quality of services.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights.
- Ensure that all travel arrangements meet high-quality standards and client expectations, coordinating with the operations team for flawless execution.
- Managing the operations for the domestic and international tour operations.
- Attending to Customer Queries & work with the sales team to close queries.
- Preparing client proposals, presentations & estimates.
- Negotiating with vendors, hotels, etc.

**Requirements**:

- Graduation in Tourism or Hotel Management is mandatory.
- Experience in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Events) industry will be preferred.
- Prior experience in handling corporate MICE Groups will be preffered.
- Good network in the travel industry (DMCs, vendors, hoteliers, transporters, etc).
- Ability to coordinate and finalize with vendors to ensure smooth execution of the project.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹33,333.33 per month
