The Front Office Receptionist is responsible for being the first point of contact for our company. This includes greeting visitors in a friendly and professional manner, directing them to the proper personnel and locations, and managing the front desk area to ensure it remains tidy and presentable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, employees and others in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and direct callers to the appropriate personnel/department
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Maintain front desk cleanliness and orderly condition
- Update appointment calendars and schedule meeting rooms when needed
- Receive and notify employees of expected visitors/deliveries
- Respond to basic inquiries about the company's products/services
- Order and maintain inventory of front desk supplies
- Assist with other administrative tasks and special projects as needed
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
