**Sales Executive Job Description**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Target Achievement**:* Meet out and exceed assigned sales targets consistently.
- **Customer Relationship Management:* **Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Negotiation Skills:* **Handle negotiations effectively to close deals while maintaining profitability.
- **7. *Market Research**:* Stay updated on market trends, competition, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
- **Follow-up and Closure:* **Diligently follow up with leads and ensure timely deal closure.
- **Feedback Handling:* **Address client feedback, concerns, and queries promptly and professionally.
- **CRM Updates:* **Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- **Team Collaboration**:* Work closely with sales team members to align efforts and maximize results.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Education**: Any Bachelor's degree
- **Experience**: 2-3 years Experience in sales
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Ability to handle rejections and persist in pursuing leads.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
