**Job Title: Field Sales Executive**
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Executive to join our team. As a Field Sales
Executive, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our product distribution network within the pharmaceuticals, modern trade (MTs), distributors, and university sectors. Your primary role will involve visiting various locations to maintain stock levels, generate sales reports, create purchase orders (POs), and onboard new channels to enhance our market reach.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Market Outreach: Identify potential clients, to establish new business partnerships.
2. Stock Management: Regularly visit clients' premises to ensure optimal stock levels of our products and address any stock-related issues promptly.
3. Sales Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, providing insights on market trends, competitor activities, and potential growth opportunities.
4. Purchase Order Creation: Generate and process purchase orders to maintain a seamless supply chain and ensure product availability.
5. Channel Onboarding: Collaborate with the sales team to identify and onboard new sales channels, distributors, and retailers to expand our market presence.
6. Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop rapport with potential customers to maximize sales opportunities.
7. Sales Target Achievement: Set and achieve sales targets aligned with the company's objectives and strategies.
9. Conveyance Management: Utilize personal conveyance for field visits to reach clients efficiently and cost-effectively.
10. Reporting and Documentation: Submit regular progress reports, sales data, and customer feedback to the management team.
11. Weekly Office Reporting: Attend the office once or twice a week to report on field activities, discuss strategies, and collaborate with the team.
**Requirements**:
1. Proven Experience: Previous experience in field sales or related roles within the pharmaceutical, fmcg, or distribution sectors is preferred.
2. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
3. Results-Driven: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
4. Relationship Builder: Adept at building and maintaining positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.
5. Self-Motivated: Capable of working independently and managing time efficiently while on the field.
6. Problem-Solving Skills: Quick and effective problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns and operational challenges.
8. Valid Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable conveyance for field visits.
9. Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours as per business requirements.
**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
