**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to build brand awareness, engage with our target audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms.
- Manage and maintain all social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Create engaging and compelling content tailored to each platform, ensuring consistency with brand messaging and image.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Utilize analytics tools to track performance metrics, analyze data, and optimize content for maximum reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to align social media efforts with overall business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve social media strategies and tactics.
- Train and mentor junior team members as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in social media marketing, specifically within the food and beverage industry.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Strong understanding of Canva tools to create visually appealing content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a passion for innovation.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and user-generated content strategies is a plus.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
