**Job Summary**:
As a Social Media Brand Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and increase customer loyalty. You will work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and ensure consistency in brand messaging across all channels. Additionally, you will monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly to optimise results.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the brand's goals and target audience demographics.

Content Creation and Curation: Create compelling and relevant content for social media platforms, including text posts, images, videos, and other multimedia formats. Curate user-generated content and engage with followers to foster community growth.

Platform Management: Manage and maintain active profiles on various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

Audience Engagement: Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner. Foster meaningful interactions and build relationships with followers to enhance brand loyalty.

Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, click-through rates, and conversion rates. Analyse data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports to track the effectiveness of social media campaigns.

Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests to drive user engagement and achieve marketing objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, copywriters, and videographers, to create campaign assets.

Community Management: Cultivate an online community around the brand by facilitating discussions, moderating user-generated content, and resolving customer inquiries or complaints effectively.

Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices. Identify opportunities for innovation and experimentation to stay ahead of the competition.

Brand Advocacy: Identify and cultivate brand advocates and influencers within the social media community. Build mutually beneficial partnerships to amplify brand messaging and reach new audiences.
