Role Description:

As a Social Media Strategist at Digiscrew, you will lead the ideation and execution of social media marketing campaigns for brands. This includes developing content strategies, managing organic growth, and planning performance marketing creatives such as ad designs and videos.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute strategies for organic social media growth.
  • Ideate and implement paid social media ads (videos and carousels)
  • Write and create compelling content for brand social media accounts.
  • Monitor data and trends to optimize social media performance.
  • Collaborate with teams to align campaigns with brand goals.
  • Engage with the audience through innovative content, including reels and videos.


Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing (SMM) and Optimization (SMO).
  • Strong content writing and communication skills.
  • Experience in developing and executing content strategies.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Analytical mindset to interpret data and improve performance.
  • Confidence to appear on camera and participate in creative shoots.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Prior experience managing social media for successful brands is preferred.
