Job Title: Telecaller - Sales Process (Property Management)

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Telecaller to join our team in the Property Management sector. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential clients, and promoting our property management services over the phone. Your primary objective will be to identify prospects, explain our offerings, and ultimately close sales.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and promote property management services.

2. Present and explain the features and benefits of our property management solutions to prospective customers.

3. Build and maintain a database of leads and client information.

5. Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the management.

6. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

7. Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding our services, pricing, and terms.

8. Collaborate with the sales team and management to optimize sales strategies and achieve company objectives.

9. Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential opportunities for business growth.

10. Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and other relevant data using CRM software.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience in telesales or a similar role, preferably in the property management or real estate industry.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone.

3. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to effectively close sales deals.

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

5. Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.

7. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.

8. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
