Key Responsibilities:

- Multilingual Communication:

- Engage with clients fluently in Hindi, English, Telugu, and Kannada through outbound and inbound calls.
- Clearly articulate the services offered by Hashtag Media and address client queries.
- Client Relationship Building:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and effectively communicate the value proposition of our digital marketing solutions.
- Lead Generation:

- Proactively generate leads through outbound calling efforts.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Product Knowledge:

- Stay updated on Hashtag Media's digital marketing services to provide accurate and detailed information to clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to stay informed about current campaigns and offerings.
- Immediate Response:

- Ensure timely response to client inquiries and requests.
- Manage a high volume of calls efficiently, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Data Management:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on call activities and lead generation.
- Collaboration with Teams:

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and ensure a unified approach to client engagement.
- Provide feedback on client preferences and market trends.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Fluent in Hindi, English, Telugu, and Kannada.
- Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Immediate availability for joining.

Work Environment:
**Salary**: ₹8,833.04 - ₹31,322.12 per month
