**Role and Responsibility**
- Provide exceptional sales support to our international clients, handling inquiries, processing orders, and preparing sales documentation.
- Communicate effectively with international customers, addressing their inquiries, providing product information, and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Coordinate order processing, ensuring smooth logistics, shipping, and delivery while maintaining regular communication with customers.
- Conduct market research to identify potential international markets and customers, analyzing trends and competitors to support sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts, gather customer feedback, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information and promote our offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Previous sales experience, particularly in an international sales or export/import environment, is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong customer service orientation.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in market research, analysis, and the ability to provide valuable insights.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
