Conference Executive

As a Conference Executive, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, coordination, and execution of our conferences. We are looking for an individual with a passion for creating exceptional conference experiences, from conceptualization to on-site management.
- Work closely with the conference planning team to develop and refine conference themes, agendas, and content.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual requirements, and other event-specific details.
- Identify and invite keynote speakers, presenters, and panelists.
- Coordinate speaker agreements, travel arrangements, and accommodation logistics.
- Provide support to speakers throughout the conference.
- Develop strategies to attract and engage conference attendees.
- Handle delegate inquiries, registrations, and provide information about the conference.
- Implement networking activities and facilitate participant interaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to secure sponsors and exhibitors.
- Coordinate exhibition logistics and ensure sponsors receive visibility and value.
- Work closely with sponsors to fulfill their requirements and enhance their experience.
