Job Summary:
A Fundraising Expert is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing fundraising initiatives to meet the financial goals of an organization. This role involves developing strategies, building relationships with donors, and coordinating events to maximize contributions. The Fundraising Expert will work closely with the executive team, board members, and volunteers to ensure the organization's mission and goals are effectively communicated to potential donors.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Develop Fundraising Strategies**: Create and implement comprehensive fundraising plans that align with the organization's mission and financial goals.
- **Donor Relationship Management**: Cultivate and maintain relationships with individual donors, corporate sponsors, foundations, and other funding sources.
- **Campaign Planning and Execution**: Design and execute fundraising campaigns, including annual giving, major gifts, capital campaigns, and special events.
- **Event Coordination**: Plan and coordinate fundraising events such as galas, auctions, and charity runs to engage donors and raise funds.
- **Database Management**: Maintain and update donor databases to track contributions, manage donor information, and generate reports.
- **Budget Management**: Prepare and manage fundraising budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and timely achievement of fundraising targets.
- **Reporting and Analysis**: Analyze fundraising performance, prepare reports for the executive team and board, and make data-driven recommendations for future initiatives.
- **Compliance and Ethical Standards**: Ensure all fundraising activities comply with legal requirements and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience in fundraising, with a proven track record of successful fundraising campaigns and donor cultivation.
- **Skills**:

- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in fundraising software and donor management systems.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse groups of people.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- **Certifications**: Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) or similar certification is preferred.

Working Conditions:

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
