**Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Diary Management**: Organize daily and weekly schedules, set appointments, and ensure the executive is aware of obligations and commitments.

**Travel Arrangements**: Organize and coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements, both domestic and international.

**Meeting Preparations**: Coordinate board or team meetings, prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute them accordingly.

**Expense Reporting**: Track expenses and prepare periodic reports to ensure budgets are adhered to.

**Research**: Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation to the executive.

**Confidentiality**: Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all areas pertaining to the executive.

**Event Planning**: Coordinate special events or functions as required.

**General Assistance**: Run errands, manage personal appointments or tasks, and any other task as directed.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
