5. Communication: Acting as a liaison between the executive and other team members or clients.
6. Research: Conducting research on various topics as requested by the executive.
7. Meeting Preparation: Preparing agendas, documents, and materials for meetings.
8. Expense Management: Tracking and managing expenses, including submitting expense reports.
9. Personal Tasks: Assisting with personal tasks, such as shopping, appointments, and errands.
10. Confidentiality: Maintaining strict confidentiality regarding personal and business matters.
11. Problem Solving: Resolving issues and challenges that arise in the executive’s day-to-day activities.
12. Time Management: Helping the executive prioritize tasks and manage their time effectively.
13. Technology Proficiency: Proficiency in using office software and communication tools.
14. Adaptability: Being flexible and able to handle unexpected tasks or changes in plans.
15. Professionalism: Representing the executive and the organization in a professional and courteous manner.
