**About Us**:
Arcedior is a leading global furniture sourcing company, and we are looking for an efficient and organized Office Coordinator/Administrator to manage office operations, ensure smooth administration, and support various teams.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure all processes run smoothly.
- Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies and services (e.g., maintenance, IT support).
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Manage office facilities, including ensuring cleanliness and maintenance.
- Assist HR with onboarding new employees and maintaining records.
- Maintain and update office policies as necessary.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Support internal departments with administrative tasks as needed.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Proven experience as an Office Coordinator, Administrator, or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- A positive and proactive attitude.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
