**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate individuals.
- Provide information to visitors and clients about the company, its services, and facilities.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for meetings and conferences.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction.
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries, and distribute them to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain records and files, including visitor logs, contact lists, and office supplies inventory.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Handle inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including security protocols and confidentiality guidelines.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management to support the efficient operation of the office.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Executive or similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a polite and professional demeanor.
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to handle inquiries and complaints with tact and diplomacy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
- Knowledge of telephone systems and office equipment, including fax machines and printers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹30,230.38 per month
