- Handle complaints with empathy and professionalism, turning challenges into positive experiences.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with internal teams to improve processes and resolve customer concerns.
- Share customer feedback and insights to drive product and service enhancements.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in a customer service role preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
